Refund policy
Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon cards, all sales are final unless an item arrives not as described.
Each card listed by Area 99 is photographed individually and its condition clearly stated. Please review all images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
– The incorrect item was sent, or
– The item arrives significantly not as described
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence.
Area 99 does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, grading expectations, or minor variations consistent with the stated condition.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been returned (if required).
